Rosé
Merveille
Rosé Merveille comes from the rosé vinification of Syrah grapes. The rosé process accentuates the elegance of this red grape, whose personality emerges in the form of hints of wild berries, while the
region is expressed through refined mineral notes.
Rosé goes back a long way in Valle d’Aosta’s oenological history, already appearing in 15th century records. “Vins Vermeils” was the name given to wines of colour between blush pink and ruby red. The
vinification techniques spoke of maceration limited to 24 hours to achieve the desired hue.
