Crème
The grapes grown on the south-facing slopes perfectly sum up our territory dedicated to viticulture. The harvest takes place in the first fortnight of October and, after a long maceration on the skins and ageing by the “sur lies” method for at least 12 months of which at least 50% in small wooden cask. a wine is obtained of unique character, powerful and with polished notes, fused in an enticing balance of ripe red fruits and spices.
