The vineyards chosen for the production are those best suited to growing white grapes of great aromatic and mineral complexity and red grapes strongly linked to the territory. The grape-growing follows the traditional cultivation methods linked to the territories of origin. In the winery, the sole aim of the technical team is to transfer every element characterising the area into a wine of great aromatic complexity and incomparable fragrance, once again encapsulating the surrounding Alpine environment.
