Acquavite di Vino Nonus® comes from the distilling of its eponymous wine in a discontinuous bain-marie still. The careful distillation of this wine, rich in the tertiary aromas of ageing, gives us a very delicate and complex distillate. The time that passes from distillation to marketing of Nonus enhances the bouquet and enriches the taste sensations with pleasant softness.
Appearance: transparent of deep amber-yellow colour.
Nose: refined, intense aromas with hints of dried apricots, chocolate, vanilla and tobacco.
Taste: warm, soft, balanced. Long-lasting perceptions of after-aroma.
Proof: 43%Vol.
Presentation: single 70cl bottle – Individual cardboard packaging.
