Chambave Muscat

After careful selection of the grapes, fermentation in steel vats at a maximum temperature of 12°C and the introduction of selected native yeasts, the wine is aged for 40 months “sur lies” in steel tanks. In this Valle d’Aosta Chambave Muscat, flavours develop through this ageing process producing extraordinary taste and olfactory sensations. The aroma is clean and precise; it merges with elegant mineral and citrus notes, above all pink grapefruit. Taste is broad and complex, elegantly sapid with notes of citrus and acacia flowers on the finish.
